Naomi's Shower

Well... Naomi's shower was Sunday. And the turn out was overwhelming. When I told JR about it as I was putting away all the gifts (which we had to transport in more than 4 laundry baskets, he was blown away.

We got so many great things. Naomi is certainly not hurting for clothes.

I've also got her "room" all set up. Since we only have 2 bedrooms in our apt., we have converted a nook in our living room into her space.

I've really been nesting this week. And all of my thank-you notes are already written. (go me!)

I've been having actual contractions... but since the dr. said that he was comfortable with her coming at any point now, I'm kinda' excited when the pain starts. I'm just ready to see my little girl.

It was a fun shower and Naomi had an incredible haul! Congrats on having your thank yous finished already -- that was no small task! (And I'm glad you were able to read my sprwaly, loopy handwriting on the list.)

By the way - do the contractions mean we are off for /Sweeny Todd/ on Thursday?

Contractions?! Woo-hoo!

Naomi's space looks amazing. I know it's not ideal, but you have made it so beautiful and special. Your artistic eye is very evident.

So what was JR's favorite gift? ;)

Aren't you very Martha Stewart-y! Her space looks amazing! And yeah for contractions! I guess I'm going to have to start checking every day to see if we have a baby!

Yea! It's just the waiting game now! Hopefully you won't have to wait too long. The "room" looks great!
