This week has been much better. I started with renewed zeal and it has prompted me to return to SparkPeople to record my calories and water intake. But most importantly, it has "sparked" me to really get out and exercise.
Almost every day this week I took a 45 min.-1 hr. walk. Most of these were taken as a family. We enjoyed the time together outside.
I have lost 4 pounds this week. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is motivating in and of itself. :)
This week is going to be really busy. And on top of that, JR will be out of town or working most evenings. (That always makes it harder to stick to my exercise routine.) So, keep me and my motivation in your prayers.
Thanks for keeping up with this effort of mine and cheering me on.
