Still Pregnant, and it's OK

The dr. I saw yesterday was really sympathetic to my situation, but ultimately it's Dr. Dixon's call. And I don't see him moving up the c-section. But I'm figuring out how to handle the discomfort, my parents are coming into town on Saturday, and Gideon is letting me nap while he plays quietly in the living room.

I've been told that I need to put a disclaimer on the blog. If you've been talking with me, you know that I'm doing pretty well, and that I'm really ok with waiting until Monday. But over the blog, I may be coming across as more desperate than I am.

I can wait until Monday. Plus, 2/4/08 is a pretty cool birthday. And I get one last date night with JR tomorrow... There are pluses to waiting.

And a few weeks ago I felt a little more desperate. Not now. I'm enjoying my days with just me and the G-Dawg.

Thanks for keeping up to date with what's going on with our family.

I'll keep up-dating.
:)

Daisha, sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have been keepin'up and I visited with your sister last weekend. Great news on the kidney stones, but I can't say that I look forward to my scar stretching with my 2nd. Yikes.
I look forward to hearing the news of Naomi's birth. :) It is so much fun to have the first granddaughter. :)

I'll be praying for you and Naomi on Monday. Can't wait to see pics of your sweet baby girl!

Maybe you should be glad that she hasn't come yet because if she sees her shadow on Saturday, it's six more weeks of pregancy! (Wait -- isn't that how it works?)

Hmmm ... right about the time I began to feel content about STILL being pregnant was about the time I went into labor with BOTH kids. Interesting ... :)
