My Little Girl

The whole family headed in for my 27 week (yeah, 3rd trimester!!!) appointment yesterday. We were scheduled to have another ultrasound to check on the placenta and Naomi's size.

My placenta previa is gone. (which is good) And Naomi came it at a whopping 96th% for size. She is 3 lbs. already. This is where I'm thankful that I know she'll be a c-section. Otherwise, this news would REALLY scare me. If she keeps growing like this, then there's no reason to think that she won't be 9 lbs. should they let me go to 39 wks.

But we got a great picture of her chubby little face. She has full lips like JR and Gideon. And the ultrasound tech made a comment about her big toe being big. JR and I both laughed cuz we make fun of Gideon's "big, big toe". I guess our genes just combine to produce them. The ultrasound tech also said that she thinks Naomi looks like Gideon.

I hope so... 2 cute kids would be a blessing. :)

Apparently I also have a lot of amniotic fluid. So, no wonder I feel huge already... I am. I have a BIG baby and a lot of fluid. (way to go me) :(

We got a good report and now my visits are upped to once every 2 wks.

Here's to the final stretch.
