January Photos

As we prepare to move to Scotland, it occurs to me that I haven't blogged on this blog all year.  I apologize.

Here are the photos from January...
 Naomi learned to read...
Bible story at bed time from the Action Bible...
before my birthday present date of "White Christmas" at the Kennedy Center!
Twin Day at school with Carson...
on our way to Seattle...

Gigi was there for the first day of our trip!

We opened some left-over Christmas gifts...
 and played outside...

Kaden and Naomi had a blast playing together.

Gideon read to Kaden a lot.

We went to a children's museum...

Ryan would look tough... if he didn't have a tiny backpack with diapers over his shoulder. ;)

 "Thank you very much!"

We went to a park overlooking God's amazing creation...

Naomi and Kaden asked to take a bath together.

Love that they read books together.

We had been informed of "Uncle" Ken Neller's passing when we arrived in Seattle.  His funeral service (that we were unable to attend) was on Sunday.  We fixed a French Toast tribute to his memory.

 Sleepy Sunday afternoon...
Kaden took this photo of Gideon!

 Cousin Wrestle-Time!
We did the "tourist-y" things, like a ferry...

We saw were JR used to live...

What is NOT pictured (thankfully) is me and a pregnant Claudia running with many Starbucks coffee's to get back in the car before it got back on a ferry!  (We looked so awkward that other people commented on it once we were on the ferry!)

On our way to the Public Market!

The ORIGINAL STARBUCKS!

We had a wonderful visit with the Porches!

My FAVORITE memory of the entire trip was when we all were gathered in the living room and Kaden lead us in "10,000 Reasons" and every voice was raised in praise.  That was priceless and a memory that will survive through eternity.

We had to head back home...
And the kids (and JR) went to Anderson's 5th Birthday party...

One Sunday, after the kids left the auditorium for Children's church, JR looked down and noticed what Gideon had written in the bulletin...

Gideon turned in his first diorama...

And Naomi had a Pajama Day at school...

I will post February's photos soon.  However, my last chance to watch "Castle" for a while is minutes away.  You have to make time for the leave-taking stuff, right. ;)
