Well... for the months of June and July JR's pulling to study the Word of God has intensified and exponentially increased to the point of him realizing that he wants to pursue going and getting his Masters of Divinity.
He has started a blog about this journey of wrestling with this call toward ministry/supporting a family of 4/and the timing of it all. There is a button to the right called "Keep Thou My Feet". You can follow his journey.
As you can imagine, there are many things up in the air due to this change of occupation. We are still committed to a debt-free life-style and keeping at least one of us at home with our kids. Toward that end, we are trying to find housing and employment that will aid both of our goals.
Please keep us in your prayers as we explorer what this calling means for our family. And if you hear of any options that may work for us close enough to a school that offers an MDiv, please e-mail us. (Right now we are looking at HUGSR because of the family connections.)
