(There is a possibility that I will post 3 times today. Naomi has a monthabirthday today, and I'm working on the slide-show from G's b-day party.)
So I renewed my commitment last week... and I lost the recommended 2 lbs. I have officially started on working off the weight I gained with Gideon. (I have lost the weight that I gained with Naomi.) However I still have a sizeable belly.
That means that the next step to increase my results is working out. (more than just the walks)
Toward that end, I'm going to set up my work-outs with Kristen for this coming month. I just need to wait and see how Debby heals from her surgery on Wed.
So... that's my report.

Yay exercise! Having a friend to work out with and keep one accountable is a great idea.
