One Pound in One Week!

That is how much Gideon gained. Daisha took him to the pediatrician this morning and he weighed in at a whopping 8pounds 6ounces. This time last week he was 7pounds 6ounces. GO GIDEON! That's one pound in one week! A full 12% gain! That's my boy. You can see his thighs getting a bit thicker (that's the first thing I noticed) and the wrinkles on his back are just about gonners.
I mean all week we were telling him he was slacking, so this just proves to Daisha and me that he listens to us. We are continuously proud of him and our love grows infinately greater by the day.

We have about a month to go before the big move to Tallahassee, Florida so things are about to pick up a bit. We plan on making a trip to Florida either next week or the one following to pick out a place to live for the next year while we save for a house. We'll actually be able to afford one down there! YAY!

That's all for now.

Congratulations on the growth, Gideon! I can't wait to meet you and to have your folks in town. Take good care of them until I see then, okay?

G-grandma Betty & G-grandpa Bob are enjoying your blog with all the info and pictures. G-grandpa has printed off the pictures and bragged to everyone and stands in the church lobby showing pictures. You make us very proud! We have all three of you in our prayers every day and we are including your move. May all go well.
